Discord discloses data breach after hackers steal support tickets

Hackers stole partial payment information and personally identifiable data, including names and government-issued IDs, from some Discord users after compromising a third-party customer service provider. The attack occurred on September 20 and affected "a limited number of users" who interacted with Discord's customer support and/or Trust and Safety teams. Renault Group confirms certain UK customer data stolen in third-party breach

Renault Group said certain U.K. customer data was stolen in a cyberattack targeting one of its data processing providers. The France-based automaker said the data involved personal contact and vehicle information. There was no credit card or financial information lost in the breach. The company said no other Renault systems were impacted by the attack. The third-party provider has told Renault that the attack has been contained, according to a Renault spokesperson. READ MORE...

Data Breach at Doctors Imaging Group Impacts 171,000 People

Doctors Imaging Group, a radiology practice with locations in Palatka and Gainesville, Florida, is informing customers about a data breach that occurred nearly one year ago. According to a data breach notice posted on its website, hackers had access to Doctors Imaging Group's network between November 5 and November 11, 2024. Radiant Group won't touch kids' data now, but apparently hospitals are fair game

First they targeted a preschool network, now new kids on the ransomware block Radiant Group say they've hit a hospital in the US, continuing their deplorable early cybercrime careers. With just three claimed victims on its website, including preschool network Kido Schools, Radiant Group today gave a Minnesota hospital seven days to comply with its demands or risk having its data plastered online. After announcing its farewell last month, the cyber extortion group known as Scattered Lapsus$ Hunters returned on Friday with a website featuring stolen Salesforce data and a list of dozens of alleged victims. Scattered Lapsus$ Hunters is an apparent combination of the Scattered Spider, Lapsus$, and ShinyHunters cybercriminal groups, which first emerged over the summer in a public Telegram channel. Microsoft and Steam Take Action as Unity Vulnerability Puts Games at Risk

A high-severity vulnerability in the popular gaming and application editor Unity can allow attackers to load arbitrary libraries and achieve code execution. Tracked as CVE-2025-59489 (CVSS score of 8.4), the security defect resides in command-line arguments through which Unity could load and execute arbitrary code.
